Mental Health Clinician

About the role

Join a supportive Community Adult Mental Health Team in Regional VIC for a 12-week locum. You’ll deliver trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care, helping adults achieve meaningful outcomes through community and carer engagement. This role combines clinical expertise with genuine community impact.

You’ll:

• Deliver assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to client goals.
• Manage a diverse caseload using a recovery-focused and trauma-informed approach.
• Collaborate closely with carers, support services, and multidisciplinary colleagues.

Skills & experience

• Degree-qualified Social Worker (AASW eligible/registered).
• Proven experience in adult community mental health.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment, and case management.
• Current WWCC and Police Check.
• Team-focused, adaptable, and empathetic communicator.
